After
being nominated “Best New Artist Debut”
at the Blues Music Awards for his album: “Nickels
and Dimes”, Mitch hits the bulls eye with
his second release on Delta Groove Productions:
“Wake Up And Worry”.
I
can’t say that this album is better then
his first on Delta Groove, but it’s a
darn good one!!!
Listening to Mitch Kashmars’ harmonica-play
makes you believe you hear the late and great
William Clarke.
The
title song of the album “Wake Up And Worry”
is great. But credits also have to go to the
other musicians, on this song particularly John
Marx, Fred Kaplan, Rick Reed and Richard Innes.
On
“Night Creeper” it’s a gas
to hear Rusty Zinn and Junior Watson play the
guitar!
I
was lucky to see and hear Mitch Kashmar with
“The Mannish Boys” and with a Dutch
back up band. I just CANNOT wait to see and
hear him again promoting this album…..
hopefully with Junior, Rusty, Randy, Fred, Rick,
Richard etc. etc. etc. etc.
This
album is a “MUST HAVE”!!!!!

I wish I could have been there during the photo
shoot for the album sleeve….. DANG!
